Howard surprised everyone last week when he showed up from beneath the streets of Santa Fe, whistling a tune and smiling. The 7 year sewer tech  was feared missing when separated from his team. Howard kept walking and eventually popped out near Conroe. When asked why he didn't ride back to town in a car, the 'Duckman' said he wanted to back-track his steps, so it'd never happen again. Now that's dedication!
